Erin Tom, LMT is a 2014 graduate of Dayton School of Medical Massage and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Erin spent over 12 years working in the corporate world so she empathizes with the high level of stress many business professionals face each day. Erin has experienced firsthand the numerous benefits massage therapy offers in treating stress, and she specializes in bringing relief to individuals suffering from stress-related issues such as muscle pain, headaches, anxiety, and fatigue.
Erin incorporates a variety of massage modalities in sessions designed to meet individual client goals and expectations. Massage therapy has been shown to benefit people suffering from chronic stress through promoting relaxation, relieving pain and tension in muscles and soft tissues, reducing mental and physical fatigue, improving circulation, and increasing range of motion in stiff joints.
Erin’s goal is to make massage therapy accessible and affordable so it can become a regular part of any wellness routine rather than an occasional luxury.
